The owner still answers the phone. I love that. Immediately sent someone out. I thought I would have to wait for parts or have them come out once for an estimate and then come back to do the repair but he had everything he needed on the truck and had my tub fixed within an hour. I will only call these guys from now on. The best part was that the plumber didn't try to convince me that I needed to replace a bunch of fixtures or upgrade anything. When I have called hhiller in the past they always tried to talk me into thousands of dollars of new stuff I didn't need instead of just fixing what was broken.

After several calls to phone answering machines at other plumbing companies the day after Thanksgiving, I was able to talk directly with Joe and explain my problem. He was courteous and was able to have Rodney, his service person on duty come and resolve the problem before the end of the same day, which was very important. Joe even called me back to let me know when Rodney would get here. Rodney was also courteous and resourceful. Thank you Joe and Rodney for your excellent response and service. Have already recommended your company to others.
