Called Joe Monday morning indicating my hot water tank was leaking, but it was not an emergency. He asked me to send a couple of pictures of the water heater and pan which I did. He called me back Monday afternoon indicating he had gotten a tank that would fit in the space and said Chris would be out the next morning with the tank to install it. The next morning, Chris was there when I was ready for him. He removed the old tank and installed the new tank very professionally, and cost of tank and installation was very reasonable. Both Chris and Joe are easy to talk with and extremely helpful and informative. I would recommend them anytime. Thanks for great service!

The owner still answers the phone. I love that. Immediately sent someone out. I thought I would have to wait for parts or have them come out once for an estimate and then come back to do the repair but he had everything he needed on the truck and had my tub fixed within an hour. I will only call these guys from now on. The best part was that the plumber didn't try to convince me that I needed to replace a bunch of fixtures or upgrade anything. When I have called hhiller in the past they always tried to talk me into thousands of dollars of new stuff I didn't need instead of just fixing what was broken.
